nourishing reality.

Have you ever had it when you have prayed long and hard about a topic… God has answered prayer through your hearts desire and emotion?  I have.  There has been something I have prayed more about than anything else in my life.  God has destinctly let me know what he wants.  In fact, he continually grows my emotions and desires for no apparent reason, yet nothing has happened.  Pain has actually been the only result of my prayer… but he doesn’t change his answer.  Following God isn’t always easy.  Following your heart is rarely easy.  I don’t know what else to do.  God’s guidance is beginning to hurt to an unbearable level. 

I will keep following God.  I will keep enduring this pain.  Why?  Cause I know no other way.  My heart knows no other way.  I will keep praying for the same thing.  Prayer is the most we can do sometimes… it is just hard when you know God is answering… and His answer is what you want, the world just isn’t allowing it to turn out that way.
